Intervention by Kgoshi Mohlala in 2021 brought the communities together under a new agreement and saw the appointment of a new leadership team at Marula Community Chrome. Since then, we have seen a real commitment to meaningful community development and the implementation of some key community projects funded by the three shareholders from the proceeds of the Makgomo Chrome Project. Community-owned company, Marula Community Chrome (MCC) is solely focused on uplifting the six shareholder communities and addressing their needs in a sustainable and impactful way.
